Dios Mio Coffee
TMS developed a content strategy aligned with Dios Mío Coffee’s communication and marketing goals. Our monthly execution included ideation and leadership of Latir’s internal team to bring the strategy to life. We conducted a competitive analysis based on content types and platforms, defined the brand’s buyer persona and communication style, and set platform-specific objectives. The strategy covered content categories (video, photo, graphics, GIFs, animation, original content) and content distribution by type (informative, interactive, organic, and inspirational). Additionally, we managed highlights, created a content calendar with posting frequency and timing, and established style, tone, and copy guidelines.
